Business Operations & Advisory Consultant

We're a dynamic strategy and operations consulting firm with a keen focus on supporting M&A transactions and business transformations. We're seeking an exceptional Senior Business Operations Partner to join our team as a strategic right-hand partner to leadership. What You'll Do Business Development : Drive new client acquisition, support proposal development, and identify strategic partnership opportunities in the M&A ecosystem Client Relationship Management : Nurture relationships with PE firms, corporate development teams, and transformation clients throughout engagement lifecycles Strategic Research : Conduct market analysis, due diligence support, competitive intelligence, and transformation benchmarking studies Business Administration : Streamline consulting operations, manage project workflows, and handle critical firm administration Communications : Manage client communications, proposal writing, and thought leadership content with the polish expected in M&A circles Who You Are Experience Requirements - minimum 15 years Proficiency in MS Office : Advanced expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools. Industry Experience : At least 7 years of experience in one or more of the following: private equity, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), or technology, with a focus on strategy or operations. Contract Details Duration : 6-month contract with the potential to convert to a full-time role based on performance and business needs.
