You will be responsible for crafting and driving the complex product(s) and experience vision across a matrixed organization independently. You will proficiently lead a long-term vision strategically aligned with the organizational goals and master the translation of business needs into customer goals and features. You should possess 12+ years of Product Management experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience working with Development, User Experience, Strategy, or related fields. Additionally, you should have at least 4+ years of experience in direct people management and team management, and 2+ years of relevant experience in strategy creation, customer-focused solutioning, cross-functional leadership, or related areas. Prior experience as an individual contributor product manager, working in a highly complex and distributed organization, coaching and leading product managers, and leading and influencing teams while fostering relationships across multiple enterprise-wide teams is required. Exceptional communication skills, the ability to present complex information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, a demonstrated bias for action, adeptness at strategic planning, defining OKRs, and driving business outcomes, expertise in working in an agile environment, and using analytics and KPIs to drive decision-making are also essential. Preferred qualifications include experience working in an omni-channel retail environment, a demonstrated record of building platform products at scale, and experience working in a cross-functional global team. This role is based in Bengaluru and operates under a hybrid work model (in office/remote), with an expectation for employees to be in the office three days a week, generally on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
