About the Role

Strategy Analyst Intern- CEO Office

W

• Strategy formulation & decision support:

  Work closely with the CEO Office and senior leadership to conduct research, analyze data, and develop insights that support strategic decisions and long-term planning.

• Cross-functional initiatives:

  Coordinate with product, engineering, business, legal, and research teams to support priority initiatives driven by the CEO Office and ensure timely execution.

• Corporate Governance:

  Facilitate effective board governance and institutional oversight by managing board processes, ensuring transparency in decision-making, and implementing best practices that strengthen corporate accountability and regulatory compliance.

• Investor Relations & Fundraising support:

  Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and strategic materials for investors, partners, and stakeholders. Support the CEO Office in fundraising-related activities and strategic communications.

• Legal & contractual due diligence:

  Support the review and evaluation of legal and contractual documents, working alongside internal teams and external counsels to safeguard the company's interests.

• Market & competitive research:

  Conduct industry, market, and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks relevant to the company's growth
