As an Analyst Relations professional with Capgemini, you will be responsible for managing, anchoring, and enhancing strong relationships with targeted industry analysts. Your focus will be on strategically positioning Capgemini as a business and technology transformation partner focused on client value creation. You will play a key role in developing Capgemini's end-to-end story to articulate its value to the market. This will involve proposing new ideas, building deeper relationships, creating and telling compelling stories, and designing experiential formats to showcase the client experience. Your work will be in the area of Software Engineering, encompassing the development, maintenance, and optimization of software solutions/applications. You will apply scientific methods to analyze and solve software engineering problems, develop and apply software engineering practice and knowledge, and supervise the work of other software engineers. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is essential to meet the expectations of the role and contribute effectively to software engineering projects. Responsibilities: - Work closely with Industry Teams, Media Relations, and Marketing Leaders to drive engagement with analysts - Manage analyst briefings, including responding to requests, guiding presentation development, providing content, securing client references, and leading follow-up activities - Address analyst inquiries, accessing insights throughout the year on behalf of Capgemini - Plan and coordinate strategy workshop sessions to provide strategic advisory support - Manage industry analyst responses to secure leading positions in relevant analyst reports and ensure accuracy of published information - Protect Capgemini's brand and reputation, mitigate negative coverage, and escalate issues appropriately Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner with a strong heritage of over 55 years, trusted by clients to deliver end-to-end services and solutions leveraging AI, cloud, and data capabilities.
