Role & responsibilities Lead all the procurement (CAPEX and OPEX) related activities, in all aspects, for all the current and upcoming facilities across geographies. Review, draft and negotiate a variety of Commercial Agreements such as Software/Subscription (SAAS) Agreements, Manpower Agreements and Services Agreements. Engage and collaborate with suppliers, service providers and internal stakeholders (like Finance, Projects, and Facilities management) to ensure smooth business operation. Work closely with supply chain planning and design team for medium term and long-term forecasting of CAPEX and OPEX requirements Drive complete procurement life cycle. Constantly seeking out and reviewing industry and category specific best practices, processes, and systems to leverage opportunities. Own and drive strategic infrastructure projects like racking solutions / packaging / automation / IOT based solutions and drive organizations sustainability and cost & energy saving projects. Hands-on experience in monitoring Vendor Development, Vendor Assessment, Procurement Planning & Expediting and Logistics Operations
