Role & responsibilities Identify and approach potential clients in the corporate sector (HR, Admin, Procurement, Marketing teams). Pitch My Corporate Hub services including MICE events, corporate offsites, gifting, employee engagement, and internal branding solutions. Develop customized proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements. Maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools and sales trackers. Achieve revenue targets through strategic pitching, upselling, and closing deals. Coordinate with internal event and operations teams for seamless execution. Represent the company at corporate expos, trade fairs, and networking meets. Build long-term relationships to ensure client retention and repeat business. Provide competitive market intelligence to refine pricing and offerings. Preferred candidate profile 3 - 6 years of experience in business development or client servicing, preferably in events, hospitality, or B2B services. Should have existing client list. Prior experience with corporate clients is highly preferred. Strong communication, pitching, and negotiation skills. Well-versed with LinkedIn lead generation, email outreach, and cold calling strategies. Familiarity with MICE events, employee engagement, and internal corporate campaigns. Bachelor's degree required (MBA preferred).
