Strategic Costing & Pricing Lead

As a Strategic Costing & Pricing Lead (Strategy & Commercial Lead), you will play a crucial role in driving product pricing, cost optimization, and scenario planning for our operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Working with engineering and finance teams to define and refine product costs. - Driving cost optimization programs across functions like supply chain and operations. - Supporting customer discussions on pricing and product cost reports. - Analyzing various business scenarios to support strategic decisions. - Contributing to new business proposals, RFQs, and commercial pitch decks. The qualifications we are looking for in a candidate are: - B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Electronics. - MBA from a top-tier institute (IIM, NITIE, SJMSOM, or equivalent) preferably. - Minimum 2+ years post-MBA experience in Strategy/Consulting/FMCG/FMCD/EMS. - Minimum 2-3 years pre-MBA experience in Engineering or SCM roles preferably. - Strong proficiency in Excel, product costing, and business case analysis. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ideal candidates for this role: - Have a strong foundation in product costing, pricing, or value chain analysis. - Enjoy working in high-impact roles involving pricing strategy, cost optimization, and business analytics. - Are comfortable working cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance, and Supply Chain teams. - Hold a B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Electronics and an MBA from a reputable college.
