Education Qualification: 12th Pass / ITI
Experience: Minimum 2 Years in the Relevant Field

Job Summary:

The Strapping Operator is responsible for strapping finished goods to secure them for storage and dispatch. The role ensures that all products are tightly and safely strapped to prevent damage during handling and transportation, maintaining product quality and operational efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Operate strapping machines and tools to securely strap finished goods as per company standards.
• Ensure proper alignment and tension while strapping products to avoid damage.
• Coordinate with the packing and warehouse teams for timely preparation of Handling Units (HUs).
• Monitor strapping material usage and report shortages or issues to supervisors.
• Conduct basic maintenance and checks of strapping equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the strapping area.
• Adhere to SOPs and safety guidelines to prevent accidents or product damage.
• Record daily strapping output and report to supervisors.
