We are looking for experienced Quality Assurance (QA) professionals with 2 to 7 years of hands-on experience in the qualification and validation of equipment used in the pharmaceutical, food, and biotech industries . The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in QA documentation , regulatory compliance (FSSAI, ISO, FDA, USFDA, GMP), and Quality Management Systems (QMS) . Key Responsibilities: Execution and review of equipment qualification protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ). Conduct and documentation of validation studies as per regulatory guidelines. Preparation, review, and control of QA-related documents such as SOPs, Validation Master Plans (VMP), and protocols. Handling of regulatory audits and inspections (FSSAI, ISO, FDA, USFDA, GMP). Management of deviations, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) , and change controls . Ensuring compliance with GMP, cGMP, GLP, and global regulatory standards . Maintenance and continual improvement of Quality Management Systems (QMS) . Active involvement in audit readiness , documentation control , and regulatory submissions . Requirements: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Food Technology, or related field. In-depth knowledge of QA principles , validation lifecycle , and regulatory compliance frameworks . Strong communication skills and attention to detail in documentation and audit handling . The Role We’re looking for a VP Operations — someone who can own and scale the operations engine of StrainX. Execution Muscle of the Company Translate company-level goals into on-the-ground execution across production, HR, admin, and expansion. Ensure the CEO’s vision converts into measurable systems, processes, and outcomes. Oversee hiring, onboarding, and culture-building with leadership. Operations Head-Style Leadership Align cross-functional teams — R&D, operations, business. Own strategic projects (facility builds, partnerships, global certifications). Represent operations in leadership meetings, board reviews, and investor updates. Who You Are Strong academic background (engineering/biotech/management preferred). 12–18 years in operations leadership (biotech, fermentation, food processing, pharma, API, chemicals, or similar). Hands-on experience in scaling plants/facilities. Strong knowledge of vendor networks, compliance, and quality standards. A builder’s mindset — resourceful, execution-driven, thrives in “zero to one” environments. Comfortable wearing multiple hats — from production lines to HR systems.
