We are Hiring for Store executive for our client company for Pimpri Colony location Job description- Looking for profiles with 4+ years of experience and check the experience of such as material receipt, production transfer, subcon, IM, 5S and manpower management Section One: Job Purpose: The person required to have experience & competence to manage all stores functions independently. Must be conversant with receipts, issue and dispatch procedure through computerized system and record keeping. Person with SAP experience preferred. Section Two: Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities Maintain and monitor store inventory for FG, RM, PM, Consumable materials Maintain receipts, records, and issues of the stock for all RM, FG, PM, and consumable items Supervise for daily receipts, unload and guide to store all incoming material as dedicated location, Storage & Stacking, Segregation of Non-Confirm Products / Rejections / Expired stocks. Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for record keeping Timely SAP entries and sampling Control and monitoring of issue to various plants, Batching and weighment of materials. Verification of DPR of various plants. Process daily sales orders as per daily dispatches plan for FG product by maintaining FIFO system and Arrangements of vehicles. Export with proper documentation Sampling of sales return goods and Issue for reprocessing/ revalidation/disposal Shifting of RM & Packing materials to job worker with proper documents. Receipt of FG or Semi-finished materials Sub-Con with proper documents. Maintain documents like GRN, ST Invoice, Export Invoice, Packing List, E waybills, ASN, Permits, Test Report, GST, reservations, Various Challans, Disposal Forms, Returnable & Non-returnable factory gate pass etc. Ensure to comply monthly stock taking activity and discuss with Manager stores for any discrepancy. Timely disposal of all scrap generated in factory. Section Three: Major Challenges To ensure resources are 100% utilized to unload all RM receipts on daily basis To ensure all FG dispatches made as per daily planning received from sales To train and motivate the shop floor people to manage overall store activity and make all material storage warehouse in good condition all the time. Section Five: Knowledge & Skills Ensure that the store is clean, safe, and presentable for customers by maintaining 5S. Basic knowledge of GST / E Waybill is essential Knowledge of storage, compatibility of chemicals etc. preferable Knowledge and exposure to IMS Deal with various government authorities for licenses, audits etc. Computer proficiency and should be able to work with SAP/MS Office/Excel/ PPT etc. Good communication skill, Basic reading, writing, and accounting skills required Coach and support other team members working in store function Handle workers and assign, review, evaluate the work of subordinates Knowledge of safe work practices/procedures Knowledge on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings Coordinate for movement of forklift and necessary minor repairs Excellent customer service and communication Technology: Technology used in this role Enterprise resource planning ERP software SAP Looking for candidates who can join immediately or within 20 days.
