Preparation of Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports. Candidate should have knowledge of MS-Excel (V-Lookup, Pivot Table, Charts and Formulas). Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements. Maintains spare inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data for PP bags and HSD. Handling stores operations ensuring optimum inventory levels to achieve maximum cost savings without hampering the production & distribution process. Monitoring availability of min-max stock, making appropriate arrangements to ensure on time deliveries. Ensuring optimum utilization of manpower. Make GRN, post issue and update inward/outward records and reports of stock. Follow EHS, QMS discipline. Work Closely with Packing plant, quality. security and technical stakeholders. Yard management such as Steel yard, spare yard & scrap yard etc. Purchase requisition in SAP, GRM, Handling of rejection, damage, and insurance spares. Experience on SAP will be advantage. Supervision, Safety Management, Data Entry Management, Dependability, Reporting Skills, Analysing Information, Dealing with Complexity, Deadline-Oriented, Time Management.
