Maintain accurate records of stock transactions, including receipts, withdrawals of materials as per Bar code System, and returns, using appropriate inventory management system Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile discrepancies /root cause to ensure inventory accuracy & Maintain 5 S in Store. Monitor stock levels and daily alarm to Reporting Manager as needed to avoid stockouts and overstock situations. Monitoring and Maintaining of Inventory Level in a warehouse-escalation of Min/Max, Slow Moving, Non-Moving, Inventory aging etc. Day-to-Day reconcile Gate Entry V/s GR, ensure zero accidents and zero damage of Incoming materials by safe practice of unloading. Ensuring good housekeeping & shifting of items in proper racks, bins & arrangement for proper unloading of Materials & arrangement of proper tagging with QR codes.
