Store/Office Assitant

Manages inventory, receiving and dispatching goods, and organizing stock to ensure smooth store operations. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory records, checking stock levels, and ensuring the safety and security of the store. Essential skills for a storekeeper are organization, attention to detail, communication, and inventory management.

Monitoring stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking, and initiating purchase requisitions when necessary.

Receiving, unloading, checking, and shelving incoming goods, and dispatching items when requested.

Maintaining accurate records of all transactions and inventory movements.

Inspecting incoming deliveries for damage or discrepancies and ensuring goods meet quality and quantity requirements.

Maintaining a neat, clean, and well-organized storage environment and managing the store layout.
