Storekeeper

The Store Keeper is responsible for managing and maintaining inventory, stock control, and the overall organization of the store/warehouse. This role ensures that all materials, equipment, and products are properly received, recorded, stored, and issued as required, while maintaining accurate records in Tally and supporting smooth business operations.

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials and supplies in Tally.
• Verify deliveries against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
• Organize and maintain stock in a clean, orderly, and accessible manner.
• Issue materials and supplies to relevant departments upon authorized requests.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with Tally records.
• Monitor and track stock levels to prevent shortages and overstock situations.
• Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and storage of items to avoid damage or loss.
• Maintain accurate store records (receipts, issues, stock balances) in Tally.
• Coordinate with procurement and other departments to forecast stock requirements.
• Enforce safety, security, and housekeeping standards in the store/warehouse.
• Prepare and submit inventory and stock reports using Tally and MS Excel.

Proven experience as a Store Keeper, Inventory Clerk, or in warehouse/store management.

Proficiency in Tally ERP (mandatory).
