Job Description

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of incoming & outgoing coal, samples, and consumables.
Supervise loading/unloading, weighment, and safe storage of coal.
Coordinate with operations, logistics, and quality teams for daily stock updates.
Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase requests for materials.
Ensure proper documentation: GRN, issue slips, stock registers, challans.
Maintain housekeeping, safety practices, and prevent loss/damage.
Assist in periodic stock audits and report discrepancies.

Requirements:

12th / Graduate; experience in coal trading/handling preferred.
Knowledge of stock management, weighbridge operations, and documentation.
Basic computer skills (Excel, email).
Attention to detail, honesty, and ability to work in field/yard environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
