Store Incharge - Vasai

The Store Incharge will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the stores, including receipt, storage, and issuance of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, tools, and equipment to various departments within the engineering company.
• Stock Control: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, monitor reorder points, and ensure timely procurement of materials and supplies.
• Receiving and Issuing Goods: Inspect incoming materials for quality and quantity, ensuring they meet specifications before storing. Issue materials to the relevant departments as required.
• Material Handling: Safely store and handle engineering parts, tools, and materials, ensuring proper categorization and easy retrieval when required.
• Record Keeping: Maintain a detailed inventory log, update stock records using appropriate software, and track materials movements in and out of the warehouse.
• Stock Audits: Conduct regular inventory audits, ensuring accurate stock levels and reporting any discrepancies to the management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, production, and project management teams to ensure materials are available as needed for engineering tasks.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure proper safety measures are followed in the storage and handling of materials, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the storage areas organized and clean, ensuring materials are safely stored and easy to access.
• Report Preparation: Generate reports related to stock levels, material usage, and other inventory metrics for management review.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
