Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials against purchase orders, challans, and invoices. Record and maintain accurate entries of received goods in ERP/system/manual register. Check quantity, quality, expiry date (if applicable), and condition of goods before acceptance. Coordinate with purchase, quality, and production teams for material approval and discrepancies. Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and identification of all received materials. Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and supporting documentation. Report any shortage, damage, or deviation to the Stores Incharge / Manager. Ensure proper handling, storage, and housekeeping of materials as per defined procedures. Support in cycle counts, stock audits, and inventory reconciliation. Key Skills & Competencies: Knowledge of storekeeping and inventory management practices. Basic understanding of ERP or willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities: Search, identify, and track relevant tenders from Ariba, SAP Ariba, GeM, CPPP, and other e-procurement portals . Register, update, and maintain company profiles on tender platforms. Study tender documents (RFP, RFQ, EOI, etc.) and analyze eligibility criteria, terms, and scope. Coordinate with internal departments (sales, finance, technical, legal) to prepare documentation. Draft, compile, and submit proposals/tender documents within deadlines. Monitor clarifications, amendments, and pre-bid meetings and ensure compliance. Maintain and update tender tracker, submission records, and status reports. Generate new business leads through tender searches, vendor registrations, and networking. Assist BD team in identifying prospective clients and industry opportunities. Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance with company and statutory guidelines. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of Ariba, SAP Ariba, GeM, and e-tendering portals .
