Job Description:

Straits Laundry is looking for a dedicated, reliable, and experienced Store Incharge to manage our laundry pick-up shop operations in Tada. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a good understanding of logistics related to laundry pick-up and drop services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the laundry pick-up store
• Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Receive, tag, inspect, and log laundry items accurately
• Coordinate timely pick-up and drop of laundry items to and from the main processing unit
• Maintain records of customer orders, payments, and delivery schedules
• Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the store at all times
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and special instructions efficiently
• Prepare daily operational and sales reports
• Supervise store inventory, packaging materials, and delivery supplies
• Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail, customer service, or store operations
• Valid 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler driving license is mandatory
• Good knowledge of local routes for laundry pick-up and drop
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, , etc.)
• Must be punctual, trustworthy, and customer-focused
• Only candidates residing in or around Tada will be considered
