* Maintains inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies, overseeing their receipt, storage, and issuance to kitchen and F&B staff
* Managing stock records, conducting physical inventory counts and inspecting deliveries
* Ensuring the storeroom is organized and compliant with health and safety regulations
