Job description

• Graduate in any discipline .Experience of having worked in a Trading company as Assistant / Stores incharge, responsible for Receipt and Dispatch of finished goods . Coordinating with labour for unloading and loading of incoming and outgoing goods . Physical counting of incoming and outgoing goods .

• Those who have worked in similar capacity in Depot, Branch , CFA of FMCG - PHARMACEUTICAL Company / Distributor .

• To Pick the items from inventory according to the Order form get it properly packed from packers and arrange to despatch the same to customers or booking at transport .

• check the items to ensure they are not damaged or faulty while receiving as well as despatch.

• Pack and store goods according to specified packing guideline and storage practices.

• Selection of transport , courier as per suitability and pricing and coordination with them for despatch .

• To keep the store well organised and work area in orderliness at all times.

• Ensure that internal delivery processes are adhered to, FIFO & FEFO in followed at the stores.

• Ability to answer the queries of the customers / Stockists .

• Must have knowledge of MS.office +other modules and experience of working on a ERP package.Role & responsibilities
