Job Description Role Definition:

• Making GRN and maintaining data in Excel sheet or software after receiving and issuing material

Task and Activity

1) Storage & Organization

Keeping store well organized with proper labelling, filling, etc. Organize items in an orderly and accessible manner, often using systematic storage like bin or rack systems.

2) Inventory Management

Materials indent preparation and forwarded the same to the purchase department. Material follow-ups with purchase department and suppliers against Purchase orders.

3) Documentation and Reports

Responsible for Issuing Inward and Outward Material in Store. Maintain stock register on daily basis. Responsible for Preparing GRN.
