Store Cashier

As a Cashier at Pernia's Pop-Up Shop, you will play a crucial role in managing transactions with customers using cash registers. Your responsibilities will include scanning goods to ensure accurate pricing, issuing receipts, refunds, change or tickets, redeeming stamps and coupons, and cross-selling products while introducing new ones. In addition, you will be expected to resolve customer complaints, provide relevant information, greet customers warmly, and maintain clean and tidy checkout areas. Keeping track of transactions on balance sheets, reporting any discrepancies, and handling merchandise returns and exchanges will also be part of your daily tasks. Proficiency in Excel and the ability to draft emails and handle customer queries effectively are essential for this role.
