Store Assistant

As a part of our team at a direct-to-consumer (D2C) lifestyle brand advocating the SAADAA way of living, your role will involve helping in the selection and recreation of wardrobes for clients, boosting sales, engaging in front-end sales activities, handling administrative tasks like billing, preparing reports, and supporting the store manager in meeting overall objectives. We are one of the top 1% Shopify stores in India, having achieved profitability and significant growth within just 4 years. With a bootstrapped beginning in a 100 sq. ft. garage, we have now expanded to a 150+ people team. To excel in this role, you should possess strong sales and customer service skills, an understanding of client needs with attention to detail, knowledge of the textile industry and fashion trends, experience in fashion styling and retail (especially with apparels), a well-groomed and confident personality, and the flexibility to work on weekends and holidays.
