STORE ASSISTANT

Receipt /Logistics In

1. Physical verification of materials with invoice

2. Any Discrepancy / Damage inform Supervisor / Incharge

3. Damage / Short receipt take up with supplier with in 24hrs

4. Posting of materials /entry in system within 24 hrs of receipt of materials.

Dispatch / Logistics out

1. Issue of materials as per request / post in system

2. Arranging of materials as per the request received for project

3. Physical verification of materials with issue document before loading

4. Supervise while loading to avoid damage during transit

5. Ensure proper loading of materials in truck as per safety regulation

6. Prepare packing list / eway bill

7. Co-ordination with site incharge and Transporter till material reaches the destination

Inventory Management

1. Maintain FIFO and Housekeeping

2. Regular stock audits and reconciliation

3. Any discrepancy found inform manager to rectify

4. Ensure proper storage of materials as per size and qty

5. Prepare stock ageing report

6. Monitor stock level and re order as per requirement

7. Proper Maintenance of all Inventory records

Vendor co-ordination

1. Maintain vendor master

2. Identify proper vendor for our material requirement

3. Negotiate price with vendor & also maintain quality as per our requirement

4. Negotiate terms and condition as per our requirement

5. Proper communication with vendor for supply of materials

Experience

1. 0-2 Years

2. Candidates having Tally ERP 9 hands on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,150.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
