Job Description:

New Horizon Public School, Panvel is seeking a dynamic and efficient Store Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, excellent typing and Excel skills, and strong communication abilities to coordinate with internal departments and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage store inventories efficiently.
• Process orders and stock deliveries accurately.
• Update and maintain inventory records using Excel.
• Handle stock transfers and monitor stock levels.
• Assist in procurement and stock planning activities.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Prepare and generate inventory and stock reports in Excel.
• Ensure timely completion of all store-related tasks.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Graduate (compulsory).
• Experience: 2–4 years in a store or warehouse environment (experience in a school setting preferred).
• Technical Skills:
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
