You will be joining CRM Audio Video Pvt. Ltd., a leading distribution and solution provider in Siliguri, West Bengal, with a strong presence in the Surveillance, IT Infrastructure, and Networking Solutions industry for over 4 years. As a Channel Sales Branch Manager for the existing branch, you will play a crucial role in driving the business development and operations in Siliguri and North Bengal. Your responsibilities will include leading the branch's sales, distribution, and operational activities, acquiring and maintaining relationships with channel partners, ensuring revenue and profitability targets are achieved, overseeing inventory and logistics, preparing business reports, and managing a high-performing team to ensure excellent service and market penetration. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in IT or Electronics, along with a minimum of 8 years of experience in video surveillance, IT hardware, storage solution, Display, network infrastructure, and structured cabling. Strong knowledge of CCTV, NVR/DVR, switches, routers, access control, Wi-Fi solutions, and structured cabling is essential. Your leadership, communication, negotiation skills, and proactive approach to business development will be key to your success.
