As a Senior .NET Developer with Azure DevOps experience, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing robust solutions using the Microsoft technology stack, focusing on .NET/.NET Core, Azure Cloud Services, and DevOps practices. Your primary responsibility will involve working closely with our US-based client to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle while leading and mentoring other team members. Success in this position will be demonstrated through your ability to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the client's requirements and by staying updated with the latest trends in .NET development and Azure cloud computing. Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions using .NET/.NET Core, managing Azure Cloud Services like Azure Functions, Durable Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, and Storage Queues, and utilizing DevOps practices for automating and streamlining the software development lifecycle. Additionally, you will be required to write complex SQL queries, conduct unit testing, collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical mentorship, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and communicate effectively with the client. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 8 years of hands-on development experience in the IT industry, strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core 6/8+, and Entity Framework / EF Core, expertise in MS SQL Server, experience with Azure Cloud Services, and familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Immediate joiners with a maximum 15-day notice period are preferred.
