It will be your duty to monitor system performance, troubleshoot any arising issues, and guarantee high availability. Additionally, implementing security measures such as firewalls, VPNs, and data encryption, along with conducting regular system backups, will be essential aspects of your role. You will also provide technical support to end-users, resolve hardware and software-related problems, and keep system documentation up to date.
