Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee a fleet of construction equipment, plant, and machinery for State Highway and National Highway projects , ensuring optimal utilization and performance. 2. Ensure regular updates and integration of the latest technology in construction equipment for road construction projects, enhancing operational efficiency and productivity. 3. Develop and maintain management information systems related to the mechanical section , including tracking fuel consumption, spare parts inventory, and maintenance schedules. 4. Conduct periodic maintenance of all construction equipment deployed at project sites, ensuring equipment reliability and minimizing downtime. 5. Ensure you have a good idea about stone crusher plant maintenance and machine maintenance and 200-250 TPH (turns per hour), HMP plants 160-1600 PTH, WMM plants, and CMP plants.
