Your role as an Optometrist at Specsmakers goes beyond just conducting eye check-ups; it also involves actively engaging in sales to ensure a superior customer experience. You will be responsible for performing accurate eye check-ups, offering vision correction solutions, assisting customers in choosing the right eyeglasses, frames, and lenses, as well as providing guidance on contact lenses. Additionally, you will be expected to meet sales targets, manage customer complaints regarding vision problems, and uphold store operations and SOPs.
