Job Title: Stock Maintenance Executive (Tally) Location: Ambattur Company Name: RKR Engineering Job Description: We are seeking a Stock Maintenance Executive with hands-on experience in Tally ERP/Prime to manage inventory records and ensure smooth stock operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock data, generating reports, and coordinating with purchase and sales teams. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update stock entries in Tally ERP/Prime . Record inventory movements (Inward/Outward) with proper documentation. Track stock levels and highlight shortages or excess inventory. Generate stock summary, item-wise reports, and valuation reports in Tally. Coordinate with purchase/sales teams for accurate stock inflow/outflow. Perform periodic stock audits and reconcile physical stock with Tally records. Handle stock adjustments, transfers, and returns in the system. Ensure data accuracy and support timely reporting to management. Requirements: Graduate (Commerce preferred). Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime . 1–2 years of experience in stock/inventory management. Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills. Basic knowledge of accounting and taxation is a plus. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,342.78 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
