Position: Co-founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Compensation: Equity only (no salary at this stage) Location: Remote Start Date: Immediate SITA.dev is building two strategic products aimed at transforming how professionals connect with opportunities in Europe: A blockchain and AI-powered HR Tech platform focused on transparent, structured hiring An AI-based professional networking platform with a strong emphasis on practical outcomes like employment, career growth, and relocation One of the products is ready for MVP launch. The other is in the idea stage, built on a clear and researched market need. Both are supported by existing traction, deep industry knowledge, and a long-term vision. We are now looking for a Co-founder and CTO to join the founding team and lead all technology efforts. This role is equity-based and ideal for someone ready to build from the ground up, lead product development, and scale with the business.
