The Technical Brand Onboarding Coordinator plays a crucial role in integrating new brands into CDC's digital ecosystem. Your primary responsibility involves ensuring that all product details, SKUs, and inventory data are accurately mapped to CDC's website and POS systems. You will be receiving product catalogs, images, SKUs, and size/price data from brands and your task is to map brand SKUs with CDC internal SKU codes. It will be your duty to upload and categorize products correctly on CDC's website and ensure the proper integration of stock levels between brand systems and CDC POS/ERP. Collaboration is key in this role as you will need to coordinate with Inventory Managers to ensure that online availability aligns with the stores. Keeping a clean and updated live product database is essential to maintain accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting any technical issues related to product display or stock sync. Another aspect of your role involves working closely with the IT/web team to automate integrations, enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the onboarding process. Your attention to detail, technical acumen, and collaborative skills will be instrumental in successfully integrating new brands into CDC's digital ecosystem.,
