Role & responsibilities Leadership & Management: Overseeing daily pharmacy operations, supervising staff, and fostering a positive work environment. Medication Management: Ensuring safe and accurate medication dispensing, reviewing prescriptions, and managing drug information. Inventory Control & Procurement: Managing pharmacy inventory, overseeing purchasing of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies, and minimizing waste. Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to pharmacy practice. Strategic Planning & Development: Developing and implementing strategies to improve pharmacy services and patient outcomes. Collaboration & Communication: Working effectively with other healthcare professionals, patients, and staff. Financial Management: Managing pharmacy budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing resource utilization. Quality Assurance: Implementing quality control measures, monitoring performance, and identifying areas for improvement. Problem-Solving: Addressing medication-related issues, resolving patient concerns, and handling emergencies. Clinical Expertise: Having a strong understanding of pharmacology, therapeutics, and patient care. Preferred candidate profile Candiadet must be B Pharma/ D Pharma. 10 to 20 years of experience.
