The Warehouse Inventory Associate is responsible for receiving inbound stock, storing, and moving stock for everyday packaging, as well as managing packed and unpacked stock for Instant Infinity Sales. You will be tasked with stock maintenance and storage, stock moving and bookkeeping, and coordinating with the Account and Warehouse managers to develop skills for potential growth into an Inventory Manager. In terms of stock maintenance and storage, your duties will include receiving inbound stock and ensuring the accurate stock has been received as per the PO raised. You will also be responsible for allocating space for storing physical stocks in the warehouse and maintaining the Tally System. For stock moving and bookkeeping, you will be required to move the necessary stock to the packaging team on a daily basis and manage ERP Inventory Management. This includes entering stock transfer entries daily as per the report received from the warehouse team, entering data for received stock (good or bad) in ERP based on the FC warehouse, conducting month-end checks for OMS packed quantity and cross-checking and updating in Tally, as well as performing month-end checks for all warehouse packed quantities and cross-checking in Tally for updates. Additionally, you will need to provide ERP Inventory reports for both Unfinished & Finished units to the MD every 15 days. This is a full-time, permanent position for a fresher with a day shift schedule and an in-person work location.,
