Proficiency in C/C++, RTOS-based development, and experience with ARM Cortex-M and other MCU architectures will be essential. Familiarity with firmware version control, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies is highly desirable. Strong debugging skills, understanding of low-level system behavior, and experience in secure boot, OTA firmware update, and firmware reliability strategies will be advantageous. Preferred qualifications include exposure to IoT protocols, experience with cloud-connected embedded devices, knowledge of cybersecurity and secure firmware development, and experience in working with medical, automotive, or industrial-grade products.
