The ideal candidate for this role must have experience in the Insurance Domain, particularly in Life annuities. It is essential to have experience in Policy Admin System conversion projects and large New Product implementation projects. You should be proficient in defining the implementation of Test strategy, test design, test planning, and test execution. Knowledge of test automation and implementation of STLC Testing Techniques Processes is also required. In this role, you will need to demonstrate planning and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex Test Data for various testing environments. Experience in Functional System Integration Database Testing, testing of web applications, web services, and BI Reports is necessary. You should be able to identify areas for automation to improve productivity and reduce effort continuously. Moreover, the candidate should be adept at understanding project priorities, timelines, and maintaining effective communication with relevant stakeholders. Leadership skills are crucial as you will be required to lead and guide the team towards achieving project goals and organizational values. Additional responsibilities include holding an Engineering Graduate or MCA degree with a minimum of 7 years of testing experience. Preferred skills for this role include proficiency in Microservices, Springboot, Drools, BA Life Insurance, Angular JS, Pega, and Progress.,
