Background: Garments Production Merchandising, Operations, Supply Chain Lead for Fashion E-Commerce Start-up Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru Experience: 5-8 Years Industry: Garments / Textile / Apparel / D2C Key Responsibilities: Set up and manage the supply chain for made-to-order garment production. Handle vendor relationships for fabrics, digital printing, trims, and stitching units. Map and implement production workflows that can scale with demand. Work closely with the tech team to ensure digital designs are production-feasible. Build and optimize lean operations processes to support growth. Monitor quality, timelines, and vendor performance to ensure on-time deliveries. Candidate Profile: 36 years of experience in garment/textile manufacturing or D2C operations . Strong vendor/cluster contacts (Tiruppur, Surat, Delhi preferred). Prior background in production merchandising / supply chain a strong plus. Experience in fast-paced, lean operations environments . Ability to set up systems from scratch and scale processes efficiently. Salary: 5-6 LPA Plus ESOPs
