Make sure we comply with buyer standards and industry norms like AQL and 4-point inspections. Analyze defects, find the real cause , and put smart solutions in place to avoid repeat issues. Guide and train a team of QC checkers to stay on track and deliver timely results. Work closely with production, sampling, and merchandising to resolve quality concerns fast . If needed, audit and monitor quality at vendor or subcontractor units . Maintain QC reports and records for internal audits and buyer visits. What You Bring to the Table: Strong grasp of knitwear construction and textile materials. Sharp eye for detail and solid experience with quality tools & inspection methods .
