Responsibilities: • Platform Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert for the RTCDP, providing guidance and support to internal teams and stakeholders. • Implementation & Configuration: Design and implement RTCDP solutions, including data schema creation, identity resolution, audience segmentation, and activation. • Data Integration: Ingest and transform data from various sources into the RTCDP, ensuring data quality and adherence to data governance policies. • Profile Management: Configure and manage unified customer profiles by stitching data across multiple channels and touchpoints. • Audience Segmentation & Activation: Build and manage audience segments based on customer data and activate them to downstream systems for personalized experiences. • Data Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to data governance policies, privacy regulations, and security standards within the RTCDP. • API & SDK Utilization: Leverage RTCDP APIs and SDKs to integrate data from various application connectors and enable real-time updates. • Troubleshooting & Optimization: Diagnose and resolve issues related to data ingestion, identity resolution, system performance, and data activation. • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, analytics, development, and IT, to ensure successful project delivery. • Best Practices: Share best practices and guide internal teams on how to effectively utilize the RTCDP. • Implementation: Deploy customer journeys and experience activities on Adobe Target. Qualifications. • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Engineering, Marketing Technology, or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience implementing and managing RTCDP solutions. • Proven record of successfully implementing at least two end-to-end RTCDP projects. • Strong knowledge of data modeling, data ingestion, and data transformation within a CDP environment. • Experience with identity resolution and audience segmentation in RTCDP. • Proficiency in data manipulation and integration using languages such as SQL, Python, or JavaScript. • Familiarity with APIs, SDKs, and streaming data ingestion tools. • Experience with data governance frameworks and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
