Complete ownership of Production to ensure delivery of quality output within a defined timeline. Guiding & close Monitoring in cutting, Printing, Embroidery, Stitching, Finishing, & Packing. Supervise day-to-day production processes in the factory. (Cutting, Printing, Embroidery, Stitching, Finishing, and Packing) Requirements 5–6 years of production experience in fashion or textile industry is mandatory. Must have experience in handling the overall operations of a production unit. Bake high-poly details (if needed) into normal maps for low-poly models. Handle furniture customizations, such as changing dimensions, cushion styles, stitching, legs, and tufting designs. Communicate effectively regarding revisions, corrections, or updates. Deliver organized files, including wireframes, UV maps, and texture setups if required.
