Job description 1. Inspection & Quality Control Inspect garments and fabrics at different production stages for stitching accuracy, fabric defects, and finishing quality. Check for loose threads, incorrect stitches, broken seams, and size discrepancies. Identify and separate defective pieces and suggest necessary corrections. Ensure fabric quality, including shrinkage, colorfastness, and texture consistency. 2. Measurements & Fitting Checks Verify that garments meet specified measurements and size charts. Ensure uniformity in cutting, stitching, and finishing of garments. Conduct random sample checks for production batches. 3. Production Monitoring Work closely with tailors, stitching operators, and production staff to maintain high-quality output. Provide feedback to workers to correct mistakes and improve quality. Monitor production flow to prevent delays due to quality rejections. 4. Record Keeping & Reporting Maintain records of rejected pieces and reasons for rejection. Report quality issues to the production supervisor or factory manager. Assist in implementing corrective actions to reduce defects. 5. Compliance & Standards Ensure adherence to company quality standards and customer requirements. Follow safety and hygiene protocols while handling garments and fabrics. Ensure proper labeling and packaging of finished products. Required Skills & Competencies: 1 Strong knowledge of stitching, fabric types, and garment construction. 2 Ability to identify stitching defects, pattern mismatches, and fabric flaws. 3 Hands-on experience with tailoring and garment finishing techniques. 4 Good attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards. 5 Understanding of basic measurement techniques for garments. 6 Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. 7 Team player with good communication skills to coordinate with tailors and supervisors Interested candidate please share your resume : adminggn@amartex.com w/app 9041055300
