The ideal candidate sees every outfit as a canvas, transforming each one into a thoughtfully crafted work of art. - Boutique Experienced candidates are preferred. - Passionate Freshers are also welcome to apply. JOB DESCRIPTION: - Should be upto-date with latest trends for designing Bridal Blouses, Designer Blouses, Lehengas, Traditional and Western Outfits . - Should have good understanding of the pulse of modern clients. - Prior experience in Consulting Clients would be a plus. - Fabrics Knowledge and knowledge about modern color palettes would be a plus. - Sketching the Designs and Documenting the client requirements are essential parts of the role. - Ability to work closely with production and embroidery teams and clients. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - Knowledge of pattern making, draping, and creating new designs would be a plus. - Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Clo 3D would be a plus. - Interest to learn new things and should be quick in learning.
