As an experienced and highly skilled professional in still render, V-Ray, and Adobe Photoshop, you will be responsible for revising and creating 3D Models for Interior and House Elevation projects. You should be self-motivated, innovative, and able to adapt quickly to new solutions while excelling under pressure. Effective communication skills on both technical and interpersonal levels are essential for this role. Your primary tasks will involve producing still renderings for Exteriors, Interiors, and Products, with a specialization in 3D Modeling and Lighting. Proficiency in managing AutoCAD is considered an added advantage. You will be expected to visualize spaces effectively and provide design inputs to clients based on their requirements. Additionally, you will be required to prepare drawings for client presentations, considering technical feasibility, ergonomics, space planning, and aesthetics. It is crucial to maintain client commitments and timelines throughout the project. Understanding project budgets and recommending appropriate finishes to clients will be part of your responsibilities.,
