Role Description: Backend Server & Security Specialist We are hiring for a part-time or full-time on-site role based in Durg . The Server Infrastructure & Security Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our server environments while ensuring robust system security. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation and a proactive approach to performance tuning, troubleshooting, and security enforcement. Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain Linux/Windows servers , ensuring optimal performance and uptime Implement and monitor server security protocols , firewalls, SSL, and access controls Diagnose and resolve server-related issues in a timely manner Perform routine system maintenance , updates, and backups Collaborate with developers and IT team to ensure best practices for secure deployment pipelines Ensure infrastructure is resilient to traffic spikes, DDoS attacks , and potential breaches Conduct security audits and compliance checks Qualifications Minimum 4+ years of experience in server administration and IT infrastructure Experience with PHP Laravel is required Proficiency in server troubleshooting, performance optimization , and technical support Strong experience in security hardening and infrastructure management Working knowledge of Linux, NGINX/Apache, MySQL/PostgreSQL , and cloud environments Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science , or a related field How to Apply If you meet the above qualifications and are passionate about infrastructure and security, we’d love to hear from you.
