The Medical Desk Auditor position at Phoenix Assurance Pvt Ltd requires a BHMS/BAMS graduate with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, particularly in TPA. The company, known for its expertise in claim verification and investigation, is a preferred partner for private insurance companies in various parts of India. The job location is in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, with the interview location at 1005 - 1006 10th Floor Shilp Zaveri Building, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380015. The working hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in medical terminology, disease classification, and have a good understanding of the line of treatment. Knowledge of the STG set by NHA for processing claims of PMJAY is essential. Additionally, the candidate must have at least one year of experience in processing PMJAY claims or audits at the TPA/insurance company level. Basic computer skills including MS Office and email communication are required. Key responsibilities include conducting audits of pre-authorization claims and identifying any discrepancies, as well as auditing claims at or after the CPD level. The candidate will also be responsible for establishing standard processing guidelines and ensuring the processing team follows them accurately to reduce the company's loss ratio ethically. Responsible for preparing, checking of detail design, drawings. Should develop other engineers, distribution of job, reviewing drawings as and when required to ensure the quality. Design & drawings for Dynamic Equipment foundation related to power plant like STG, BFP etc. Coordinating with other departments and participating in 3D IDR for clash check & generation of report. Required:- B.E/B. Tech Must have experience in multi discipline engineering/EPC organization, preferable from power sector. Working knowledge on SAP, Staad Pro design & dynamic analysis software. Position Purpose The Regulatory Reporting team is ramping up to about 20 members to address the ambitious project of standardizing the activity for APAC region. This long-term project involves the reporting of Balance Sheet, P&L, Capital and a more recent and intense focus on liquidity, especially Basel III LCR requirement. Our team captures reporting requirements from the users located all across APAC, comes up with efficient propositions, implements solution and follows up to guarantee user comfort on the long run. To operate efficiently, the team is constituted of complementing profiles: business analysts understand the logic from the users and develop the reports, data managers are the reference for data sourcing, SMEs develop complex logic components and enhance the solution framework and project managers orchestrate the work and communication on the progress. Collective discussions on the design/strategy and agile approach to project ensure the best compromise between long term robustness and immediate usability of the solution.
