We are currently seeking well-mannered, dedicated, and customer-focused Stewards to join our hospitality team and help us maintain the highest standards of service. Role Overview:As a Steward at Vint Club, you will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming and professional dining experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet and serve guests in a courteous and professional manner. Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Set up tables, arrange dining areas, and ensure cleanliness before, during, and after service. Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages as required. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the dining and service areas. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Respond promptly to guest inquiries or complaints and escalate when necessary. Requirements:Minimum high school education; diploma or certification in hospitality is a plus. Previous experience as a steward or in a similar hospitality role preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Polite, presentable, and customer service-oriented attitude. Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
