Key Responsibilities: Source and evaluate suppliers and products based on quality, price, reliability, and service. Request and analyze quotations, proposals, and bids from vendors. Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and delivery schedules. Maintain supplier relationships and performance records. Conduct market research to identify new products, trends, and alternative suppliers. Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., production, logistics, finance) to understand product needs and timelines. Monitor inventory levels to anticipate procurement needs. Ensure all purchases comply with company policies, legal requirements, and budget constraints. Continuously seek cost savings and process improvement opportunities. Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field. 2+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain operations.
