Role & responsibilities Hands on experience is new product development involving Hardware/System/Software/Mechanical/Application Engineering. Expertise in design, architecting and execute end-to-end products for MCU/ electric motors, VCU,DC-DC, Chargers in the power electronics. Model based development, Thermal simulations. Plan setting up test rigs, fixtures, and instrumentation for power electronics and testing. Collaborate with cross functional/domain teams for design, development and testing teams to provide feedback and recommendations . Propose and Review detailed technical requirements, test procedures, results, and analysis. Plan DV/PV aspects and Investigate and troubleshoot the technical issues. Provide technical support and guidance to cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance. Understanding of EV standard like ISO, GBT, IEC, EMI/EMC/CE/ISO26262 and product certification and homologation. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements for the products designed. Experience in ASIL B or C compliance design and certification is a plus Preferred candidate profile
