You should have a minimum of 8 years of experience for senior engineer positions and at least 3 years of experience for junior engineer positions. As a designer, you must possess a strong understanding of Codes of Practice and be able to effectively collaborate with Architects and Project Managers. Additionally, you should have the ability to lead a team of junior engineers. Selected junior engineers and freshers will receive on-the-job training from the organization.
